		<description>Hey, retirement and the 30&#039;s must be quite a mix (I&#039;ll be 38 this year). I am realizing &#039;time on my side&#039; is going away slowly. I may not be up to par, but I did increase my 403(b) contributions after I wrote the article. And I realize that I may need to invest in Real Estate to jump it up a few notches. But that is all in the near future. *just keep on trekkin&#039;*
